Y’all have you read a T.J. Klune book yet?! If not I can attest that you are missing out. I LOVE his books. He has an absolutely amazing way of developing really unique and endearing characters and at the same time portraying some of the hardest parts about our society today that make being human real tough. In his book In the Lives of Puppets we have what is probably the last human on the planet being raised by machines. His first character for the book was inspired by a Roomba and there’s a nurse robot whose sadistic humor will have you laughing out loud. But be prepared for more than just entertainment, there may be tears, and you will definitely be moved by this wonderful book.. Pair it with a lovely Pinot Noir in a Wild Flower Tumbler to keep those spirits high.
