After a looooong wait from the library I finally received Remarkably Bright Creates to listen to at the studio. The storyline follows a young man in his early 30s down on his luck and trying to get his footing in life, an older woman in her 70s coming to terms with having no living family and a 4 year old giant Pacific octopus named Marcellus. This is a lovely light hearted read. I found the plot line to be quite predictable but it was a lovely easy listen after some of the darker books I tend to lean towards. I would pair this book with a bright Sunflower Mug topped off with summery cocktail like a G&T.
