A darker retelling of Little Red Riding Hood. In a land that relies upon a human sacrifice to protect its borders twin sisters are faced with loosing each other. If you are into dark fantasy and are looking for a “beach read” this book is your ticket. It’s an interesting plot that keeps you engaged. You will be reminded of other dark fantasies along the way but the author keeps it just different enough to keep you hooked to the end. I’d recommend grabbing a mug from the Vintage Floral Collection and topping it off with some iced tea to have some easy sipping to pair with the easy reading.
